The Farming and Ranching Industry is a way of life for our board members. They put their heart and soul into their farming and ranching operations. They are teaching there children and grandchildren how to take care of the cattle, raise grain and take care of their family. 
Building a processing center gives them and other local producers the opportunity to share their passion with you by the way of fresh home grown beef (grain fed, grass fed, grass fed and grain finished, Wagyu, Herford, Angus, among others) for your table.
