The Gorder Family Farm is a testament to the commitment and dedication to agriculture passed down from Norwegian immigrants. For over six generations, the land and livestock have been a cornerstone of the Gorder family’s livelihood, supporting their growth and success. Ron and Kathy Gorder have devoted over 40 years to managing the family farm. Together, they’ve raised a variety of crops, tended to their Red and Black Angus cattle herd, and instilled time-honored farming values in their children and grandchildren.
 
Today, the Gorder family’s legacy continues with five married children and fourteen grandchildren, with more on the way. “We loved raising our kids here, and now, watching our grandkids learn the values of hard work, land conservation, and livestock care is incredibly important to us.
